These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 3brotravel.com (the “Website”), provided by 3Bro Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Website helps customers gather travel information, check availability, make legitimate bookings, and transact with travel suppliers. By using the Website, making a booking, or contacting customer service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

1) Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You are 18+ and have legal capacity.
  • You will make only legitimate bookings for yourself or for someone you are authorized to represent and inform them of these Terms and applicable rules.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • If you create an account, you will safeguard your credentials and are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may deny or suspend access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

2) Permitted Use & Ownership

The content, software, and infrastructure on the Website are proprietary to us or our suppliers. You may make limited copies of your itinerary and related documents for personal travel booked through us. Otherwise you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website.

3) Prohibited Activities

  • Commercial use not expressly permitted; speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
  • Using robots/spiders/scrapers or manual processes to access, monitor, or copy content without permission; violating robot-exclusion headers; bypassing security controls; placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Deep-linking to purchase paths, framing, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating any part of the Website into another site without written authorization.
  • Uploading malware or interfering with the Website’s operation.

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may cancel associated bookings and freeze/close accounts, and we may take legal action. To contest such actions, contact Customer Service.

4) Bookings, Payments & Changes

  • Prices and availability are set by third-party suppliers and may change before confirmation. Taxes, surcharges, and service fees may apply.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation.
  • Changes/cancellations and fees follow supplier rules and our service-fee policy; some items are non-refundable or non-changeable.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in booking cancellation and/or account suspension.

5) Travel Requirements & Documents

You are responsible for meeting passport, visa, vaccination, health, and entry requirements. We provide general guidance but do not guarantee approvals; government and supplier decisions prevail.

6) Accuracy, Errors & Availability

We strive for accuracy but errors (including pricing/availability) may occur. We may correct errors and, if necessary, cancel affected bookings and offer a refund or alternative.

7) Third-Party Suppliers

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa processors, and other independent suppliers. Suppliers are solely responsible for their services. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence, or for personal injury, death, property damage, delay, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

8) Disclaimers & Liability Limit

The Website and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for delays, cancellations, force majeure, or acts beyond our control.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Bro Travel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bahrain.

12) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Your continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance.
